Cast Metal Products
From bridges, cathedrals and palaces to bollards, railings and balconies, Mather and Smith are unique in being able to offer clients a one stop shop for the renovation, conservation and manufacture of cast products. Our facility to produce new castings ranges from 1kg to 2 tonnes in weight and have cast up to 8 metres in length. We are able to cast in grey iron, ductile iron, bronze and aluminium, all produced in our own in-house foundry.
We also provide shot blasting (at our works or on your site), painting, using our own high-spec paint booth to recognised standards including Network Rail specifications and offer hot metal zinc spraying as an undercoat for both cast and wrought iron.
In addition we provide a full installation service using our own installation teams including groundwork, landscaping and building works.
