New product - Jetstream Water Jet Cutting Machines

It’s easy to see why waterjets are quickly becoming a new standard tool in machine shops around the world. Waterjet machines are less expensive than laser machines, and are functionally superior to conventional cutting machines. They are fast, flexible and precise and, in the last few years, have become easier to use. WHY JETSTREAM The Jetstream utilises all the developments in waterjet machine technology. Water is forced through a very small opening at extremely high pressures, enabling it to cut through virtually any material. While maintaining high quality, Jetstream is the workhorse of waterjet machines focusing on function, not fashion. BENEFITS OF JETSTREAM Powerful - able to cut through 40mm thick stainless steel. Quick to program - with a little CAD experience, programming is very fast. Fast - no tool changes are required, reducing secondary operations and offering fast turn around. Versatile - capable of cutting parts out of virtually any material. No material heating - machines without hardening, recasting or warping. Flexible - intricate shapes are easy. Simply draw with provided CAD program and cut it! Environmentally friendly - using only water and garnet, waterjets produce no poisonous fumes or toxic gases.
