The M.J.Allen Iron Foundry recently manufactured a 2 ton cannon for a Martello Tower restoration project in Ireland. The picture was taken at a testing range and the cannon was actually fired in order to be safety certified.

New product - Jetstream Water Jet Cutting Machines

The M.J.Allen Group of Companies proudly announces the introduction of Jetstream Water Jet Cutting Machines to their established line of sheet metal working machinery. Waterjet machines are less expensive than laser machines, and are functionally superior to conventional cutting machines. Simply draw with provided CAD program and cut it! Environmentally friendly - using only water and garnet, waterjets produce no poisonous fumes or toxic gases.

St Johns Churchyard Fulham

The restoration of the cast iron railings and gates for St.Johns Churchyard, Fulham have now been completed. The M.J.Allen Iron Foundry manufactured the replacement railing and gate components and Mather and Smith Limited undertook the installation of the cast iron work. The contract took six months to complete, all works were completed to the highest standard and the works came in within budget. The improvements were made to enhance the centre of Fulham and to create safe and attractive spaces within the borough.
